Mr. Ram Vishal Maurya is a seasoned microfinance professional with over 22 years of experience in the Microfinance Industry (MFI). He began his career in 2003 with Cashpor Micro Credit, where he developed strong expertise in microfinance operations and field management. He is Post graduate in Political science from Purvanchal University.
Before joining Samunmesh Foundation, he served as Senior Regional Manager (Business) at Prayatan Microfinance, where he played an important role in expanding operations and strengthening business performance.
Currently, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Samunmesh Foundation, where he is responsible for managing the overall business and operational activities of the organization. He oversees microfinance operations and works closely with departments such as Marketing, Human Resources, Risk Management, and IT to ensure smooth business processes and alignment with organizational goals.

Mr. Umesh Kumar Dwivedi is a highly accomplished professional. holding the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Samunmesh. With a distinguished career spanning over 14 years in microfinance and banking institutions, Mr. Dwivedi brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his leadership roles.
Mr. Dwivedi has held key leadership positions in renowned organizations such as Samavesh and Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, where he gained invaluable insights into microfinance operations and banking processes. His diverse experience encompasses various domains, including IT applications, management information systems (MIS), credit, risk management, insurance, and back-office operations.

Ms. Khushboo Srivastava is a proficient professional specializing in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Technology (IT). With a postgraduate degree in M.Com from Jeevaji University, Gwalior, she possesses a strong academic foundation complemented by extensive practical experience in her field.
Ms. Srivastava boasts over 10 years of experience in the MIS and IT domain. She has held key roles, including that of MIS Manager, at Mitrata Financial Inclusive Pvt. Ltd. Her tenure at Mitrata Financial Inclusive has equipped her with comprehensive knowledge and expertise in managing data systems, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to drive organizational efficiency.

Mr. Satish Tripathi is a dedicated microfinance professional with over 10 years of experience in microfinance business and operations. He has held several key positions during his career, including the role of Branch Manager at Utkarsh Microfinance, where he gained strong experience in managing branch operations and business development.
Currently, he is working as Zonal Manager – Operations at Samunmesh Foundation, where he oversees business operations and supports the organization’s growth in his assigned region.
Mr. Tripathi is a graduate from Purvanchal University and brings valuable field experience and leadership skills to strengthen operational efficiency and service delivery.
