Cancellation Policy
Loan Application Cancellation
- A customer may request cancellation of a loan application before final approval and disbursement.
- Once the loan has been disbursed to the customer’s account, the application cannot be cancelled.
- Processing fees or administrative charges (if any) collected during application may be non-refundable.
Service Cancellation
- Any request for cancellation of services (other than loans) must be made in writing or via our official customer support channels.
- Samunmesh Foundation reserves the right to accept or decline cancellation requests based on the stage of processing.
Automatic Cancellation
- In case of incomplete documentation, incorrect information, or non-compliance with eligibility criteria, the loan application may be automatically cancelled by the company.
- Customers will be notified of such cancellations through SMS, email, or phone.
Refund Policy (if applicable)
- Any refundable charges (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
- Non-refundable fees such as processing charges, administrative fees, or late payment penalties will not be refunded.
Company Rights

- Cancel any loan application or service request that violates company policies or regulatory guidelines.
- Modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
